UpRank Ads – Remote
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product to Customer Specialist to join UpRank Ads. This role is a blend of sales, affiliate management, onboarding, and customer care. You’ll share what we do with prospects and help them on their journey of becoming a customer. Your job doesn’t stop at the sale, you’ll be their go-to person to ensure a smooth experience from day one and beyond. Helping to not only make one sale but to also ensure a continued relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads
Handle outbound sales and follow-up
Close new customer sales with a consultative approach (not pushy)
Walk new customers through onboarding
Walk customers through basic campaign setup
Help clients understand how to use UpRank Ads to hit their goals
Check in regularly to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
Help to manage our affiliates
Help grow our affiliate sales
Document activity in CRM and stay organized with follow-ups
Provide feedback to the team on what customers need or are asking for
Requirements
Experience in sales or marketing (bonus if you’ve done both)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, able to keep up with multiple customer journeys
Tech-savvy and confident learning new platforms and AI tools
Comfortable working independently and managing your time well
A go getter, we want people who being great value
Warm and professional with a people-first mindset
Not a hard closer, more of a trusted guide and solution-finder

Internal knowledge base for onboarding support
Contract Details
This is a contractor position with flexible hours
Compensation to be discussed
Must be available to respond within business hours
